You can use the Online Desktop to check your contracts and carry out any changes that need to be made.
  • Change the contact details of the named person in the contract. You can change email and telephone details, so that they are always up-to-date.
  • Change your correspondence address. You can change your correspondence address by filling in the corresponding form.
  • Change payment information. For greatest convenience, we would recommend that you pay your bill directly. Through this option, you will be able to change the bank account details we hold for you using the relevant form.
  • Change contract holder. You can change the contract holder's details using the general form that can be found on the section Amendment to the Contract or directly in the help section that can be found in the upper right margin on the Online Desktop.
  • Change technical information. You can change the power and tariff information using the general form that can be found on Contract Changes or by going directly to the help section, which you will find in the upper right margin of the Online Desktop.

As soon as the request is received, we will process the change. Although the change is immediate, it can take a few days for it to show up on the Online Desktop.
