What is an electronic bill?

The electronic bill contains all the same information that your paper bill would contain, just a format that includes an electronic signature that guarantees you the authenticity of the issuer and the integrity its the content.

What is included in the electric billing service?

You will receive notification via email as soon as your new bill becomes available.
In this notification, we will make you aware of the date of your bill, its amount and the contract number. We will include the PDF with the details of the bill, so that you can view this information, or print it, without needing to access the Online Desktop.
If you have multiple contracts with the same billing date, you will receive all the information in a single bill.

What is the difference between a paper bill and an electronic bill?

Just the speed of receipt. You will always receive an electronic bill beforehand, which you will be able to easily and directly view following the availability notification that you will receive.
You will also be able to access your electronic bill via our Online Desktop.

What advantage is there to using the electric billing service?

  • Availability: We will send you an email with your bill (PDF format) attached, when it is available, so that you can view it immediately.
  • Speed: Receive your bills faster than you would otherwise receive them in paper form.
  • Safety: The signed PDF provides you with a guarantee of the issuer's identity and the integrity of the content.
  • Organisation: Save space at home, without storing paper. You can save them to your computer or view them on the Online Desktop.
  • Thinking Green: By opting for an electronic bill, you are respecting the environment.

How much does the electric billing service cost?

It's a completely free service that is offered to all Endesa customers.

How will I know if I have a new bill available?

You will receive an email, to the email address you provide us with, to inform you of the availability of your electronic bill when the service is activated.
In this email, you will be able to view information, including: the date of issue, the value of the bill and the contract number. We will also provide you with a detailed PDF showing all the information from your bill.

How can I view my electronic billing?

There are two ways:
  • Directly using the PDF that we will send you;
  • By using our Online Desktop and by going to the heading “list of bills”.
Remember that your electronic bills are available on the Online Desktop for a period of 5 years.

How can I view my electronic billing?

There are no special requirements for your IT equipment. You can access your bill at: :
  • View the PDF
  • Or signing into the Endesa Online Desktop.

How can I check the authenticity of the signature?

You can check your digital signature on the PDF itself, by passing the mouse over the space that appears in the upper left-hand corner.
