Complaints

If you are an Endesa customer and wish to lodge a complaint relating to your contracts, bills or the service you have received, you must be registered on the Online Desktop.

By using our Customer Service menu on the Desktop, you will be able to contact us with regard to queries, make suggestions and lodge complaints. You will be provided, automatically, with a complaint identification number, which you will be able to print out and will receive an initial response within 48 hours.
